Liebherr 2-axle carrier with non-suspended axles, rear axle in oscillating execution. Cummins
diesel engine with 194 kW (264 HP), exhaust emission acc. to 97/68/EC and EPA/GARB.
Powershift reversing gear with torque converter and integrated transfer gearbox. Drive 4 x 4. Tyres
29.5 R 25. Hydraulic steering system with steering unit, all-wheel steering, crab walk, independent
rear axle steering. Hydraulic brake system -2 circuits with disc brakes. Axles demanding low
maintenance, drive shafts maintenance free. Hydraulic outriggers with rigidly mounted outrigger
pads. Comfortable support incl. Vario Base with inclinometer and automatic levelling by 2 operating
units. Illumination of supporting area. Acoustic reverse drive alarm. Maneuvering coupling at rear.
Acceptance tests of carrier.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
Liebherr ball bearing slewing ring connecting carrier and superstructure. Central greasing. ECO
mode. Hydraulic system with axial-piston swivel pumps in carrier. Main hoisting gear, auxiliary
hoisting gear, slewing gear, luffing and telescoping gear with open oil circuits, Load Sensing,
electro-hydraulic control of crane. Oil cooler. Telescopic boom consisting of the pivot section and
four telescope sections, boom length 47 m, hydromechanical telescoping system with stage
cylinder and two-way pulley tackle. Rooster sheave. Corrosion-resistant crane cabin, tiltable
hydraulically backwards 20°, control units for crane drive and crane operation, with engine
independent heating incl. timer, air condition and radio. Control of the outriggers from crane cabin.
Counterweight 12 t. Safety devices including LICCON2 overload safety indicator, inclinometer and
supporting pressure indication (incl. standard program). Test system for servicing. LICCON work
